Charming Stay Close to Attractions
excellent breakfast great coffee clean room
Breakfast was excellent. It changed a little each day. There was enough of everything and the coffee tasted great. The location is amazing. St Mark's Square is just around the corner. The room was clean and matched the number of stars the hotel has.
The room was quite small. The shower was also really small. I could barely turn around in it.

The hotel is surprisingly central, offering easy access to main attractions. I found the Rialto waterbus docks useful for transfers. They are about a ten-minute walk. This location made exploring the city very convenient.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and smiling. The staff was helpful and attentive to my needs . I appreciated their positive attitude and quick assistance.

The breakfast included diverse and quality products, an absolute plus. The breakfast changed each of the two days. There was much variety and care put into the breakfast, I was charmed.

ineffective air conditioning small room
The room was quite small, which I found disappointing (even though I knew I wouldn't be spending much time in it). The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. I reported it, yet the room remained stuffy during the night. This. I really needed a more comfortable environment after long days of exploring.
